Cody and his team were absolutely wonderful! They were all very nice, not to mention extremely clear about the issues with my vehicle as well as upfront pricing. The let me know what was vita and what could wait. I was very comfortable and happy with the entire process. Grateful that this place and these guys are so close to home. European Service Center has been an amazing shop for me and my Mini! Anthony has been incredibly helpful and every service I receive is clearly explained. He’s patient with all of my questions and every time I leave I’ve learned something new. This shop takes the time to break down why a service is needed and the honesty and service is unmatched. This is my first European car and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of it after seeing the level of care this shop has. If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend you take your car here!

Anthony was a top notch service manager. I wanted a second opinion regarding my brake pads and he was extremely helpful and friendly. He walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I had, even showing me detailed pictures of my vehicle.
